We have two balikbayans in the family this coming March. Two of my brothers in law are coming home. Actually the eldest is already here and the other one is arriving tonight and both of them have so much errands to do here aside from coming for a vacation. The younger brother is actually looking for insurance that will be very helpful to him and to my parents in law, something that has life insurance return of premium which his previous insurance doesn’t offer. Anyways, thank goodness we are not tasked to help him look for that since both my husband and I have no clue about insurance, instead we are tasked to plan our Summer trips particularly in Subic and most probably we will be going to Tagaytay as well. I can sense that my husband is very excited, it is very rare that we go out of town with his whole family.
My Aunt will be going to New Zealand for a wedding. She will be coming with my Uncle and originally they planned on stopping by the Philippines for a visit but then their schedule went haywire when one of her husband’s relatives booked them to a discount cruise which is not really bad at all but then before the wedding she was hoping she can pay us a visit but they have to arrive early in New Zealand for the cruise and since it cannot be changed, she opted to go. I personally think that this is an experience and even if they’ve been to so many cruises, it’s their first time in New Zealand so this will be nice for them. We can see them maybe next year anyway when we visit the US for a vacation.
It is a known fact that one of my dream destinations is going to Italy, experience riding in a gondola with my husband. We may not have enough money to do that now but learning about cheap Italy tours now gave me hope that someday I will live this dream. Thanks for the information, it was really helpful.
Traveling is a nice experience. I learned so much about myself, my husband and especially my son during our recent travel and it was such a wonderful experience that I pray to God that He will let us see more places in the future, to bond and learn about different cultures and different people.

I am actually excited this January, aside from Christmas, I’m looking forward to this Hong Kong trip early next year. We might have 2 major travels next year, one in Hong Kong and one in the US where we will go around with my brother’s family and my sister who will be flying from Canada to be with us. My Aunt who is living in Illinois is actually excited and since we are going there during Summer she is already mentioning possible trips in Florida, NYC and these mexico travel deals she saw online. So as early as today, we are all excited. I need to check the things I need to buy though. We need a large check in luggage for the three of us as well. I need to look into that and buy that first before January comes.
We are planning a vacation but one of the plans for orlando vacations would have to wait around July when we all go to the US to meet our sister. We are, of course very excited to go to Orlando and some other parts of the United States with our sister and our relatives but that will have to wait because right now we are more excited of the possible plan of going to Hong Kong! My Dad asked us to go on a Disney trip with them. I think he’s obviously doing this to be with his grandsons more than with us. HAHA. Lucky us right? Anyway, he told us to book everything, to prepare everything. I hope we get great deals so we can go to HK probably January or February depends on the booking of the hotel.

Soon we’ll have our pictures taken again with Mickey and this time Dustin will be with us. Good thing he knows who Mickey is.
A well deserved family vacation is needed once in a while. From the hassle and bustle of the rush in the metro, you have to have a relaxing vacation every year, at least. We didn’t have one this year, summer was too short to plan for something out of town much more for something out of the country. But I would love to plan a vacation to Riviera Maya and have my whole family and my in laws checked in Karisma Hotels + Resorts. Their beachfront hotel rooms and their relaxing massages at the beach is something to look forward too plus the kids can enjoy activities suited for their age. Who can resist their gourmet inclusive packages where everything is first class and you get treated as royalties. I wish I win the lottery so I can bring my parents and in laws for their well deserved relaxation!
