My family just attended our first Christmas Party last Sunday. Very early right? With all the festivities coming, I will need to learn more about not gaining weight even if I have to eat so much food this Holiday season. Like last Sunday we had a giant pizza in the party and too much sugar for desserts since my friend’s daughter was also celebrating her 4th birthday. We had so much fun playing the White Elephant exchange gifts game and the kids enjoyed all the prizes and giveaways. I went there with a bag full of gifts for the kids and we went home with a bag full of gifts for my son. It was very heartwarming to really develop a bond with online friends, and I didn’t think it was possible when I was first starting to digi scrap and blog. Anyway here are some of the pictures…

Our growing twitter family, 16 families attended the party and we are not even complete.
… without us. Too bad, Dustin is still too young to ride a horse and too sleepy for us to tag along. When he rode the car, he rested on his car seat, watched Toy Story a bit playing on the in-car tv and after 5 minutes fell asleep. So, my huband cruised on the road to have a smooth ride and so the boy could sleep soundly. We passed by Taal Vista Horseback and saw Amiel’s (Kathy’s DH) Navigator and Edil’s (Aggie’s DH) Hummer park at the parking lot. Hubby just blurted out, “Wala man lang mga puno, ang init! I hope the kids put on sunblock!” But I bet the kids had a blast with all the horse supplies, bikes and horses in the park, even with the heat. Here are their pictures:
If that’s not a great combo, I don’t know what else is. Last Sunday was a blast, it was short but sweet with so many pictures, it’s just overwhelming. Comments were thrown left and right over Flickr and even if the EB is over, the fun never stops with these ladies.
Actually this EB was planned because of our loots from Glo. We had to get it from Aggie, buti na lang may box or else I will have no excuse to travel all the way to Tagaytay on such short notice kay Hubby. We left the house at around 6:15 AM. We were surprised to see that our son woke up early, we thought we are just going to bring him to the car asleep but no, we even bathed him. Buti na lang kasi ang init sa Sonya’s! Anyways, we arrived in Tagaytay just in time for the 8AM mass at St. Michael’s Chapel, beside Pink Sisters Convent.
This was after the mass, we were waiting for Nanny Irinne to get the umbrella from the car since it was drizzling and the air was really cold so we had to put his jacket.
On the way to Pink Sisters, the drizzling stopped so with his cap and jacket on, off we marched to Pink Sisters.
It’s my first time to attend a kiddie party with magic show, usually kasi I attend parties only in Jollibee or McDo… Buti na lang Alpha, doesn’t have the cam during the show or else she could have caught me with a very amazed expression or applauding… Buti na lang nanonood din siya. LOL. Here’s some of the pictures I took:
This turtle dove is so intelligent, he pretended that he was dead on cue.
And this rabbit who acted like he was sleeping… Awesome!
I can’t reveal my “mommy” yet, since some of our twitter friends still don’t have their gifts with them. Let’s just wait until next week to reveal who my generous mommy is. Right now, let me share what I got from her…
The cute purple handmade bag from Thailand with some of my stuff. The bag is kind of small from what I imagined it would be like but I am still very happy even if my BDJ doesn’t fit inside. I love it anyways… It is very nicely done!
Notice outside the box, it says 2 handmade bags. The bag costs more than the budget and it came with an extra pouch, spacious enough for my knick-knacks to fit in. Mommy, you are so generous… THANKS SO MUCH!!!!
If and only if sasama talaga kayo, so we will know kung ilan talaga ang willing pumunta. Then please leave your name sa comment page nitong post na ito. Thanks!
