A friend recently got married and is renting an apartment door near our place because they are building their own house, their target date is Summer next year to move in their new house. The construction is very fast because of the enough budget they have for the construction. They started with their savings and plans on using an advance like the Online check advance for the finishing of their home around January next year. Finishing touches plus the buying of furniture and needed appliances can’t be controlled and they have no idea how much they can spend so a check advance is more practical and easy if ever they really need it. A few of our friends gave this tip during the building of their own houses and they will be following it because we saw how relax our other friends were during their payments for their houses.
Do I get envious? Well, a little bit because I have a dream house of my own and my husband shares that dream with me, I even have photos of how my house will look like but I know we have much important stuff to attend to and a dream house can wait. I am just grateful I have my parents where they welcome us with open arms that is why we still live in a very comfortable home. Do I believe that we can achieve that dream home? I believe that nothing is impossible, and that you cannot predict the future. This can come along your way without even noticing it. You just have to give a little more faith and always keep the hope alive. Like my friend who didn’t predict that they can build their own house, I know we can do it too, maybe not today but someday you bet, we will in Jesus name.
We are organizing our bedroom and throwing trash for a clean space for the new year. The biggest problem that we have is the workstation. With the LED TV and the laptop and my husband planning to purchase a desktop, I think we need a rack mount computer to make space. I think our bedroom is getting smaller and smaller with all the additional items we buy for the bedroom. We always have to clean and throw stuff every 3 months just to make space. If we wish to have another baby, I hope we can have our own home by then. My husband is dreaming of having our own house in the near future, with God’s help I hope and pray it pushes through.
Who doesn’t want a dream house by the beach. A place where you can find your escape from the busy life in the metro. It will be even a dream coming true if you invest somewhere abroad, away from the routine life in your country. I would love to have a beach house in Tamarindo. The Tamarindo Real Estate is booming today. They have hundred of houses being built and if you find it hard to maintain a house, they have condominiums on the rise as well. You will definitely enjoy the sun, sand an water and by the end of the day, you don’t to go to a fancy hotel because you will have a home to come to right in the land of Costa Rica. I gotta work hard, dream big and someday… You bet! 
We caught traffic yesterday in going home. As my husband and I were talking about our hopes and dreams in the future and I mentioned to him the Scottsdale homes for sale, I saw online. Such beautiful homes to have in the future. We have our dream home and we have our dream business and both of which are about real estates. Life is tough here in our country and right now we have our own little priorities. I just hope that God will help us reach our big dreams in the future. I’m all positive about this, my parents are my inspiration.
Aside from a restaurant/cafe that I want so I can just get out from being on the job from 8-5, we, the husband and I dream of having apartments as our business. First advantage is that it’s self liquidating. We can just sit and relax and have a small business that can make ourselves busy like a cafe or a restaurant and just enjoy without worrying about the income because there is still that self liquidating business on the side that can support us all the time. Maintenance is very minimal once the place is done and you have tenants, the expenses of fixing small damages should be minimal and seldom. We would want a 4 door apartment, it should be a dream come true but if God will provide us more doors for our business it will be great of course. I just wish this will come true soon as we expect. Prayers can definitely move mountains, I believe that!
Actually watches are my weakness. I love collecting them but to tell you frankly, I don’t have enough to collect the expensive ones. Most of what I have are cheaper brands and are already sitting in a box because most of them need repair or battery change. I have a plan now that Faye is around… I will make a list of what I want to buy ans actually buy myself maybe 2 watches a year. Not bad right? I will save by planning a budget and making my high school dream come true. HEHEHE… Here’s what I have on my list so far…
