Gold is Future

As I was watching a movie and saw a gold bar in one of the scenes, it reminded me of how our friends tell us that we have to try investing in gold. That we should not be wasting our time thinking if we have to invest or not since time is precious and gold can be secure our future. United States Gold Bureau has been a big help in their investment. They buy gold and get important news and information from them. If my husband and I will invest at least we know where to seek help. Our future holds our decision and hopefully we will make that decision in the near future.

10 Tips for Your Fitness During the Fall

I love the Fall weather, I think that it is the best weather from the Four Seasons. If I will to go back in the States, I will have to say that I will go back around September to October where the weather is not too hot or not too cool. Here are some nice tips to take advantage of Fall to improve your health.

1. Take advantage of the weather. Fall can be a treat for the senses: the crisp air, apple picking, pumpkin carving, a gorgeous canopy of fall foliage, and the crunch of leaves underfoot. These months are a great time to exercise outdoors and enjoy cooler temperatures.

“Walking, hiking and cycling are all awesome in the fall,” says Todd Durkin, MS, fitness coach and owner of Fitness Quest 10 in San Diego, Calif.

2. Think outside the box. Always wanted to learn to tap dance? Attempt to box? Master the jump rope? Ask any schoolchild: Fall is a great time to learn something new.

Many classes at gyms and elsewhere get started in the fall, so look around and see if something intrigues you.

3. Be an active TV watcher. Many people get geared up for fall premieres of their favorite television shows, says Freytag. “If you’re going to sit down and watch hours of TV, get moving,” she suggests. “Make a date with exercise and TV.”

While you watch, you can walk or run in place, do standing lunges, do tricep dips off the couch, or lift weights. During commercials, do push-ups or sit-ups. In a one-hour show, you probably have close to 20 minutes worth of commercial interruption.

4. Integrate exercise into your life. You already know the obvious suggestions: park farther away from your destination; take stairs instead of elevators; take a walk during your lunch break.

5. Rejuvenate yourself. Fall is the time to rejuvenate body, mind and spirit, says Durkin.

6. Remember the 30-day rule. “‘It takes about four weeks for the body to adapt to lifestyle changes,” says Price. That’s why people who give up on their fitness programs tend to do so within the first 30 days.

7. Strive for the 3 Cs. Freytag calls commitment, convenience, and consistency “the three Cs”, and says having all three will lead to a successful fitness program.

8. Deal with darkness. The best way to enjoy fall is to exercise outdoors. But it is getting darker earlier, and staying dark later in the morning, so be smart and safe.

9. Dress in layers. When exercising outside, layer your clothing. Before your body warms up, you may feel chilled, but once the blood gets pumping, you’ll feel overdressed.

These days, there’s no lack of great weather gear. Freytag and Price recommend clothing with wicking, often called “DriFit.”‘ This fabric wicks moisture away from your skin so you’re not exercising with wet fabric hanging on you.

10. Find your motivation. “People are motivated by different things,” says Durkin. It’s important to first discover what your individual goals are, whether it’s losing weight, strengthening and toning, or preparing for a race or event, says Durkin.

Glass Pavilion House

I love many windows in our dream house. It allows light and will conserve electricity during the day. My husband agrees so when we build our dream house, the windows will be wide and you will definitely see so many glass doors and windows, maybe a glass roof as well. Who knows? Maybe we will win the lottery and build it next year! Positivity eh? :D

Anyway, I saw this very elegant Glass Pavilion House over at Freshome.com

I think it is too much tough, I mean even the bedroom and the bathroom? But I think this can be an inspiration though.

A Seach Gal Again

It’s a Holiday today, at least in the city where my hubby and I work but my husband needs to do some sideline work to earn extra money so he will be going to his previous boss office in Makati to attend to his techie needs and update some desktops in the office. He might be staying there for a while so he asked me to search for some business cards printing online and thank goodness for my searching ability (not to mention Googling) that I found the best printing services. He will be happy when he comes home. I hope he won’t be furious with the messy bedroom though. I can’t thoroughly clean the bedroom since I have to take care of our son who is now having his “me” time coloring some Disney characters. :D

Lemon for Beauty

Lemon is usually used to quench a thirst. I love lemonades and they can be great during Summer but did you know that Lemons can be great for your skin, hair and just basically to make yourself beautiful. Cheap, easy and effective. Here are some of the tips.

1. USE LEMON FOR BEAUTIFUL SKIN - For brighter, softer skin use fresh lemon juice on any area of your body, including the knees, elbows, and face to brighten up and soften your skin. Lemon juice also fades freckles and age spots by applying lemon juice on the areas before going to bed at night. Over the course of a week or two, it will cleanse the skin and lighten its color.

2. USE LEMON TREATMENTS FOR THE HAIR - To make a hair conditioner for dull, damaged hair combine 3/4 cup Olive Oil, with 1/2 cup raw honey and 3 tablespoons of lemon juice. Use the mixture by combing the lemon juice mixture evenly throughout already wet hair. Then cover hair with a plastic cap or bag for a 1/2 hour. Shampoo and rinse this conditioner out of your hair.

3. USE LEMON FOR NAIL CARE - For strong, shiny, bright fingernails soak your fingernails in lemon juice for about 10 minutes. Then brush your fingernails with a nail brush dipped in a mixture of 1/2 white vinegar and 1/2 warm water and then rinse with warm water.

4. USE LEMON FOR NATURAL TEETH AND BREATH TREATMENTS - As a natural breath freshener the citric acid from lemons destroys odor causing bacteria. You can quickly rid bad breath by squirting a few drops of lemon juice into your mouth, swish it around for about 15 seconds and then swallow it, or drink lemon water during the day, to freshen up your breath anytime!

5. USE LEMON FOR A BODY DETOX TREATMENT - Lemon water is also great for detoxifying for your body. In a glass, mix the juice from a lemon with warm water and sweeten with 1 tsp of honey. Lemon juice aids your liver in flushing out unwanted toxins, stimulates blood circulation, reduces arterial pressure, and activates bile and intestinal secretions. So it’s a good idea to drink lemon water daily.

I will definitely try all five. I already have lemons in the fridge.

True Protection

Some people save it in the bank. Others throw some cash to real estates while some tried investing on gold bullion. I say for person with enough money, you do all of these for your true protection. I have yet to learn about investing on gold though. The real estate and the bank thingies are a given already. Both I’m starting already but the gold is something that I need to understand since I’m already open to it with so many friends already investing, but of course I need help which is why the US Gold Bureau comes in mind since investor friends tell so much nice things about their dealer, I have yet to find out. Will see what happens in the next years. Planning is one thing but making it a reality is another thing to protect you and your family’s future.
