I quit doing Taebo, I noticed that I crave for more food and I’m often hungry when I do Taebo so instead of losing more weight, I gained a little of what I lost before Taebo because if it so what I’m doing nowadays is just watch my diet. I usually eat 1/4 cup of rice and lots of viand on the side and when I get hungry, I try munching on 2-4 biscuits just to pass hunger. The only dilemma I encounter is that I can’t cut on my coffee intake every morning, I’m addicted to it and you may ask what’s the problem with that? I hate bitter coffee, so I put so much creamer and brown sugar in it to make it sweet hence more calories. My husband showed me some promotional products for coffee but I just love my own mixture of it aside from Starbucks coffee that I try to avoid drinking when I go out in the malls. I’m currently a 124 pounder mommy bulging in some places who aims on getting back to my pre-preggo weight of 110 lbs. Discipline! Discipline! Discipline! Yay! :P
